Anne Lacaton (born in 1955) and Jean Philippe Vassal (born in 1954) were both educated at l’Ecole d’Architecture in Bordeaux. Together, they have been running an architectural drawing office in Paris since 1987. They are known for their rather unconventional way of taking their mark in the specific project’s economic and functional circumstances.
